– Job Description –

Team members professionally clean homes, offices, and churches using HHCS’s unique procedures.  As a team member, you will be responsible to provide exceptional workmanship in order for us to give our clients the customer service they deserve. The standards are high at HHCS; this is what sets us apart from other cleaning companies.

– Responsibilities –

• Use HHCS products, tools, and equipment to clean homes, offices, or churches.
• Have an ability to lift 35 pounds up and down stairs.
• Have an ability to be on one’s feet for at least 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to clean on hands and knees.
• Must be able to climb ladders and step stools to clean high areas.
• Must to be able to move furniture that is reasonable.
• Must be able to help keep cleaning caddies stocked and organized.
• Contribute to a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude.
• Be respectful and understanding to the owners, co-workers, and clients.

– Qualifications –

• Must be highly skilled as a cleaning professional with a minimum of five years professional cleaning experience.
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
• Have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to withstand regular physical contact with pet hair and dander, cleaning solutions, mold, dust, mildew, and unpleasant cleaning situations.
• Must provide own transportation to various job sites with state required insurance, pass a national background check and drug screening.
• Must provide certificate of liability insurance for commercial and general liability for janitorial service.
