Initial Detailed Cleaning

Be aware that the detailed cleaning process takes time to do properly, but the end result is well worth it.
Comprehensive Kitchen Cleaning
Happy House recognizes that the kitchen is the hub of family life; the day often begins and ends in the kitchen, and because of that, we take the job of cleaning this area very seriously. We start at the top and get cobwebs, clean fans, light fixtures, and blinds. We will pull out the stove and refrigerator if possible and clean the areas behind as well as the appliances themselves. You will be asked to run your oven’s cleaning cycle the night before so that it will be cool enough for us to clean. Our kitchen ninja will thoroughly clean it and the countertop along with the appliances and other items. Cabinets will be wiped from top to bottom, and the tops of the cabinets will be vacuumed and wiped. Of course, the sink and disposal will be scrubbed and sanitized, and the dishwasher cleaned as well. All this put together makes for a very happy kitchen, which makes for a happy family.
Detailed Dusting of all Surfaces
Our team will take the time to thoroughly and carefully dust every nook and cranny of your home. We start at the top with crown moldings, corners, door facings, window ledges, blinds, fans, and all the higher areas before commencing on the lower areas of each room. We will pull out furniture (Pieces that are too heavy will not be moved.) and clean the walls, baseboards, and floors behind the furniture as well as the furniture itself. Baseboards will be dusted and wiped, and each room will be thoroughly vacuumed and mopped as needed. We will also wipe the blinds and wash the inside of the windows. We have special cloths with which we carefully clean televisions and other electronics as well. Detailed polishing of furniture, mirrors, and other items will be cleaned to make your rooms shine! We will even vacuum those couch cushions!
Fully Refreshed Bathrooms
Our bathroom cleaning specialist will start at the top by cleaning the vents, getting any cobwebs, and cleaning light fixtures. We get the blinds, interior windows, ledges, corners, and then get started on the tubs and showers. If we can get the cover off, shower drains will be scrubbed. Sinks, vanities, mirrors, and cabinets will be sparkling clean; the toilet will be scrubbed and disinfected. All the baseboards and corners will be thoroughly washed and wiped and the floors will be vacuumed and mopped. Your bathrooms will look good, feel good, and smell good!!
Extra Spaces
Our team will handle those extra spaces that need added attention: laundry rooms, entry ways, and mud rooms. We will grab those pesky cobwebs, and if possible, pull the washer and dryer out to clean behind them, and thoroughly clean floors and other spaces that gather extra dust and dirt from the outdoors. The entry and exit door glass will be cleaned inside and out, making your entries pop!
Finishing Touches

We will start at the top and dust the fans, blinds, vents, and light fixtures, and then move to furniture and other items. Baseboards, doors, door jambs, and other wood work are regularly dusted as well.
Brightened, Refreshed Bathrooms
Who doesn’t love coming home to a fresh smelling, clean and bright bathroom? Our bathroom specialist starts at the top with light fixtures and vents and works her way all the way to the toilet, tub, shower, and sinks to make your bathroom look and feel new! If a clean house is a happy house (and it is!), then here is where it begins!
Chef Approved Kitchen Cleaning
When the chef of your family prepares to cook and the kitchen glimmers and gleams, isn’t that a treat? Our kitchen ninja will take care of appliances, cabinets, sinks, disposal, and of course, countertops and light fixtures. Your kitchen will be ready for action!
Living Areas and Bedrooms
We will dust, straighten, make beds, and even change linens for you. We ask that you have linens available either on the bed or dresser nearby, and we’d love to take care of that for you. We dust pictures, furniture, lamps, TVs, and other items to make everything clean and polished. You will find living areas calm and inviting, and your bedrooms will be sanctuaries of peace and tranquility.
Laundry and Mud Rooms
Our team will clean the laundry area by wiping down the washer and dryer, straightening, getting the cobwebs that love to lurk in those corners, and of course, vacuuming thoroughly and mopping. The entry areas and mud room areas will get the same thoroughness the rest of the house receives to help keep that area nice and neat.
Floors
Clean floors are a must! We use the Rainbow Cleaning Systems, and thoroughly vacuum throughout the entire home, carpet and bare floors alike, followed by careful mopping of the bare floors.
Little Extras
- If you have lightbulbs stocked, we will replace them as they burn out with no extra charge.
- We will wash the dishes; just be aware that it takes time, and we do have to charge for that.
- We will even provide bug traps for behind furniture throughout the house to help keep down cobwebs and pests.
- We take out the trash, so don’t worry about gathering the trash—we’ll grab it for you.
- As long as we can remove the cover from the shower drains, we will clean them regularly
- We also clean the glass inside and out on all entry and exit doors; that’ll make ‘em pop!
Specialty Cleaning
Sometimes, you may need additional help around your property, and Happy House can assist you in these areas. We will undertake just about anything you may request. You’ll be glad that you did.
Remodeling and Construction clean-up
After you’ve gone through all the demanding work of remodeling, why not allow us do the clean-up afterward? We will remove all that dust and grime, wash windows, vacuum out drawers, clean appliances, bathrooms, and whatever else is needing attention. Floors will be thoroughly vacuumed and mopped. Happy House Cleaning loves clean windows, and our team can make your windows sparkle inside and out. We will tackle most any window, but of course upstairs windows must be the double hung tilt-in type. Some homes have the storm windows that must be unscrewed to get them off; although it might be more time consuming, HHCS can certainly tackle this job!
Garage Cleaning

We can remove everything then clean the closet out and organize it as we replace the items, or we can just pull shoes and other items out and clean the corners and floors and go from there. We can do the same for cupboards-removing all the dishes and other items, washing and drying the shelves, and then replacing them neatly. We will even clean the drawers if you’d like!
